CLARIFICATION REGARDING ADMISSIBILITY OF TWO ANNUAL INCREMENTS TO THE UP-GRADED POSTS OF TEACHERS OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (PC) issued a clarification regarding admissibility of two annual increments to the up-graded teachers of education department.

As Per The Clarification Letter:-

  • Finance Department observes that only the incumbents of the post of SSTs / SSEs have been allowed two annual increments w.e.f 01.01.2018. Any other cadre like Headmaster / Headmistress / DEOs / AEOs are not entitled for the same benefit.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
