APPROPRIATE ALLOWANCES FOR THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE CIVIL SECRETARIAT AND DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (PR) issued a Meeting Notification Regarding Appropriate Allowances for the Employees Working in Civil Secretariat and Different Organizations.


The detail of notification:-



  • I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to intimate that a meeting to examine the proposal regarding grant of appropriate allowances for the employees working in the Civil Secretariat and different organizations, is scheduled to be held on 01.03.2018 (Thursday) at 1: 00 PM in the Committee Room of New Minister Block, under the chairpersonship of Minister for Finance. 
  • I am, therefore, directed to request you to kindly attend the said meeting on the above said date, time and venue. Working Papers are enclosed.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
