DEFREEZING OF 30% JUDICIAL ALLOWANCE ADMISSIBLE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF OFFICE OF ADVOCATE GENERAL PUNJAB

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (SR.I) forwarded a note to the Section Officer (Admn.III), Government of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department to get the audit copy authenticated from the Finance Department accordingly to the request to defreeze 30% judicial allowance admissible to the employees of office of Advocate General Punjab.


The detail is as follows:


Will the Section Officer (Admn,III), Government of the Punjab, Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, kindly refer to his letter No.SO(Admn.III)8-6/2008(Pt.I) dated 01.01.2008 on the subject noted above?

2.        In pursuance of approval of Chief Minister, Finance Department conveys its concurrence to the grant of Advocate General Officer Allowance @ 30% of the running basic pay of Basic Pay Scales, 2017 w.e.f 01.01.2018 to the employees Advocate General Office, Punjab.

3.        The existing 30% Judicial Allowance admissible to the employees of Advocate General Office, Punjab is discontinued w.e.f 01.01.2018.

4.        Expenditure will be met by the Administrative Department out of its existing budget.


5.        Audit copy may be got authenticated from the Finance Department accordingly.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019.
