BAN ON ENTRY OF DUMPER TRUCKS IN SHEIKHUPURA CITY BY DISTRICT REGIONAL TRANSPORT AUTHORITY SHEIKHUPURA

The Deputy Commissioner / Chairman, District Regional Transport Authority (DRTA), Sheikhupura issued a notification regarding imposition of ban on entry of Dumper Trucks on Sargodha road from Khanqa Dogran to Farooqabad and Sheikhupura City from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm in the best public interest.
The notification written is as under:


           Whereas, It appears to the Deputy Commissioner, Sheikhupura that a number of fatal road accidents occurred in Farooqabad and Sheikhupura City due to the negligence & carelessness of the Dumper Truck Drivers, therefore, it is necessary to impose complete ban on the entry of Dumper Trucks in Farooqabad and Sheikhupura city from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm under section 78 of the Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965.

           Therefore, in exercise of powers conferred upon the DRTA under aforesaid provision of law, I, Arqam Tariq, Deputy Commissioner / Chairman, District Regional Transport Authority, Sheikhupura vide decision taken in the meeting held on 30.01.2018, order to ban the entry of Dumper Trucks on Sargodha road from Khanqa Dogran to Farooqabad and Sheikhupura City from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm in the best public interest with immediate effect.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
