ORDER REGARDING UP-GRADATION OF STORE KEEPER FROM BPS-07 TO BPS-15 OF FORESTRY, WILDLIFE & FISHERIES DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab,  Forestry, Wildlife & Fisheries Department has issued Order No.SOP(E-III) dated 19.12.2017 regarding Up-Gradation of Store Keeper from BPS-07 to BPS-15.


The detail of order:-

The Governor of the Punjab in relaxation of ban on up-gradation of the posts is pleased to accord sanction for the up-gradation of 04-posts of Store Keeper (clerical cadre) along-with incumbents from BS-7 to BS-15 at Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department, with immediate effect. 

The expenditure involved will be debitable under grant No.PC.21023-Misc. Department detailed function,  04-Economic Affairs, 042-Agri, Food, irrigation, Forestry and Fishing, 0424-Forestry, 042401-Preservation of Wildlife & Control of Hunting – LQ4242 during the current financial year 2017-2018.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
