NOTIFICATION BY CEO(DEA), HAFIZABAD REGARDING AWARDING OF NEXT SCALE TO SSTs AFTER APPROVAL OF DISTRICT SELECTION / PROMOTION COMMITTEE

On the recommendations of the District Selection / Promotion Committee, Male and Female SSTs have been granted / awarded upward mobility pay package from BS-17 to BS-18 and BS-16 to BS-17 by Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), Hafizabad on the following terms and conditions;

1- The award of higher scale will not be considered as promotion and the higher scale will be personal to the incumbents. No premature increment will be admissible.
2- The teachers will continue to hold the same posts on award of next scale. However, placement in the next higher scale will be differentiated with Level-I, Level-II and teacher in the respective cadre / category.
3- The inter-see seniority of teachers in their respective category shall remain intact and the incumbents shall move from one step to higher and then next higher with reference to their inter-see seniority.
4- The award of higher scale under this scheme will not create any right to claim higher post. The appointment / promotion against higher post against in-service quota shall remain intact under the existing rules / instructions already in practice.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
