DECISION REGARDING UPGRADATION OF FGEIS ACCOUNTANT FROM BPS-14 TO BPS-16 BY LAHORE HIGH COURT LAHORE RAWALPINDI BENCH

The Lahore High Court Lahore, Rawalpindi Bench issued decision dated 24-10-2017 regarding Upgradation of FGEIs Accountant from BPS-14 to BPS-16. The decision detail is as follow;


         In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of by setting aside the impugned order dated 23-01-2017, with the direction to respondents No.2 / Establishment Division Islamabad to redress the grievance of the petitioners and decide the matter afresh in the light of their decision on identical matters, within 30 days after receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law through a well-reasoned speaking order after allowing opportunity of hearing to petitioners under intimation to Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty.
