CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE FAMILY OF CIVIL SERVANT WHO DIES WHILE IN SERVICE

Government of Punjab, Finance Department issued clarifications regarding Financial Assistance to the Family of Civil Servant Who Dies While in Service vide No.U.O.No.FD.SR-I/3-10/2004(P) dated 12.09.2017 and vide No.FD.SR-I/3-10/2004(P) dated 03.10.2017 by Addl. Finance Secretary (Reg.).

Clarification issued vide No.U.O.No.FD.SR-I/3-10/2004(P) dated 12.09.2017 by Addl. Finance Secretary (Reg.), Government of the Punjab, Finance Department.

Will the Section Officer (Accounts), Government of the Punjab, S & GA Department, kindly refer to this letter No.SO(Accounts)/S&GAD/Policy matters/2017 dated 18.08.2017 and 25.08.2017 on the subject noted above?

Clarification issued vide No.FD.SR-I/3-10/2004(P) dated 03.10.2017 by Addl. Finance Secretary (Reg.), Government of the Punjab, Finance Department.

I am directed to refer to this Department’s circular letter of even No. dated 15.08.2017 and subsequent clarification issued on 12.09.2017 on the subject cited above and further clarify the matter for the convenience and guidance of all concerned.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
