GRANT OF TIME SCALE PROMOTION TO THE DATA PROCESSORS AND SENIOR DATA PROCESSORS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT


Government of the Punjab, Finance Department has issued advice regarding Grant of Time Scale Promotion to the Data Processors and Senior Data Processors of School Education Department. Which is as under:

Not eligible as FD’s letter No.FD.PC.39-14/77(Pt.IV(APCA/2008(Prov) dated 04.01.2016 is meant for civil servants in BS-5 to BS-16 only.

01-Senior Data Processor (BS-16)
Eligible only one time scale promotion to BS-17 w.e.f 01.01.2016 in accordance with FD’s letter referred above.

08-Senior Data Processors (BS-16)
Eligible only one time scale promotion to BS-17 w.e.f 01.01.2016 in accordance with FD’s letter referred above.

03-Data Processors (BS-12)
Eligible time scale promotion w.e.f 26.07.2017 in accordance with FD’s No.PF.PC.40-80/2015 dated 26.07.2017.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
