CLARIFICATION REGARDING ADMISSIBILITY OF CHARGE ALLOWANCE & CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE DURING SUMMER VACATIONS

The Deputy Accountant General, Lahore and Section Officer (PR), Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding admissibility of charge allowance & conveyance allowance during summer vacations i.e.;


An administrative post charge allowance and conveyance allowance to the Headmaster / Principals is admissible as they perform duty during vacations and teachers who perform different duties during summer vacations subject to certified by the head of the Institutions / Department are entitled to conveyance allowance.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
