CORRECTION / AMENDMENT IN E-TRANSFER SYSTEM AND E-TRANSFER POLICY

 Director Public Instructions (EE), Punjab, Lahore / Focal Person for SIS / HRMIS-SED intimate and request to Special Sectary Operation, Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore for decision to facilitate the teacher in e-Transfers.


CORRECTION AND AMENDMENT IN E-TRANSFER SYSTEM AND E-TRANSFER POLICY
The queries raised by the teachers following problems were still exist in e-Transfer during last e-Transfer phase:-

i. Heads of Elementary Schools, SSTs may be allowed to apply in other E/S or H/S as per vacancy positions 

ii. SST Science and SST Maths can apply against the post of SST Science, their nomenclature may also be decided 

iii. Assigning of Grade and subjects of SS and SSS need amendments in HSS 

iv. Methods for Selection of Principal and SS / SSS in QAEDs PD.

v. SST(CS) and EST(CS) may allowed to apply for e-Transfers

vi. PET / Arabic / Drawing teachers as per set criteria by SED may allow to apply for e-Transfers. They are single teachers can not apply in present scenario as open merit 

vii. Single teachers or two teachers may be allowed to apply for e-Transfers and SED may plan to adjust another teacher from nearby over staffed schools

viii. A number of ESE, SESE and SSE have been regularized but their nomenclatures as PTC, EST and SST have not been updated due to no option is available with authorities 

ix. The teachers having more then 03 years of service as a single teacher in far flung areas should have right to apply for e-Transfer in near by schools. Resultant vacant posts should be filled from near by over staffed schools. 

x. AEOs to be included in e-Transfers in coming round

xi. The teachers who were transfer on administrative grounds from overstaffed school to under staff schools may also be allowed to make correction in their data.

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
