GRANT OF UTILITY ALLOWANCE UPON TIME SCALE PERSONAL UPGRADATION

 Competent Authority has been pleased to extend the facility of Utility Allowance @ Rs.25,000/- per month to those officers who are granted

Time Scale Personal Upgradation in the light of Finance Department letter bearing No. FD.PC.40-12/2017, dated 19.04.2019, from BS-19 to BS-20, in accordance with the rates fixed for BS-19 as prescribed in above referred letter. 


All other terms and conditions regarding admissibility of the said allowance shall remain the same.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty.   Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
