ONE YEAR RELAXATION FOR AQUIRING B.ED FOR EDUCATORS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REGULARIZATION

 Government of the Punjab, School Education Department granted one year relaxation to Educators to acquire professional qualification of B.Ed to qualify for regularization.


The competent authority has granted an extension for a period of one year to the Educators recruited in the year 2015 and onwards, beyond their contractual period of 05-years, to acquire professional qualification of B.Ed. They may, thereafter, be considered for regularization as per rules / policy.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
