NOTIFICATION REGARDING WIRTING THE NAME OF HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)

 Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding writing of name of Hazrat Muhammad (صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) in all official / non-official correspondence.


Pursuant to the Resolution No.462 passed by the National Assembly of Pakistan dated 12.08.2020 forwarded by the Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department vide No.SO(FG-I)3-55/2020 dated 30.09.2020, it is notified for information and compliance that name of Hazrat Muhammad (صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) must be written in all official / non-official correspondence in the following manner.


حضرت محمد رسول اللہ خاتم النبیین صلی اللہ علیہ وعلی آلہ واصحابہ وسلم

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
