COMPLETION OF PERs 2020 OF EMPLOYEES OF HIGH / HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF HAFIZABAD

 District Education Officer (SE), Hafizabad issued letter to all the High / Higher Secondary Schools of District Hafizabad to complete and submit PERs of 2020.


All the Heads of institutions Govt. High / Higher Secondary Schools (M&F) District Hafizabad is directed to strict compliance according to the following time schedule for completion of the process of writing of PERs 2020.

  • The officers / officials to be initiating upon should submit the PER form after completing Part-I to the reporting officer on 15 January. 
  • The reporting Officer should record his/her remarks in appropriate parts by the end of 15 week of January and send the report to the countersigning Officer on 8th January. 
  • The Countersigning Officer should record his/her remarks by the end of second week of January and pass on the report to the 2nd countersigning officer (if any) by 16th January
  • The final countersigning Officer should also record his remarks within one week. 
  • Report writing should be completed within the month of January. 


All the Heads of Institutions are hereby requested to submit PERs for the Year 2020 of all staff for countersignature within one week positively. Action will be taken against the defaulters.

GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department. TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20.
