SCHOOLS TIMINGS NOTIFICATION

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding Schools Timings w.e.f 16-10-2020 to 31-03-2021.


The timing of Schools w.e.f. 16-10-2020 to 31-03-2021 shall be observed as:-

Single Shift

  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm Single Shift 
  • Friday  8:30 am to 12:15 pm 

Double Shift

  • Monday to Saturday 8:15 am to 12:15 pm (Morning) 
  • Monday to Thursday & Saturday 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (Evening)
  • Friday 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Evening) 

Note:-

  1. The Chief Executive Officer (DEA) concerned may make adjustment of 15-minutes in opening and closing time of boys & girls schools on case to case basis keeping in view the local problems but the study hours shall be strictly observed. 
  2. The head teacher in consultation with the concerned Controlling Officer may make plan for 10 minute recess (2 times) daily except on Friday with students' break up in such a manner that proper social distancing as per SOPs is maintained.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
