PROHIBITION OF GATHERING AT ANY PUBLIC PLACE IN HAFIZABAD DISTRICT DUE TO SECOND WAVE OF COVID-19

Deputy Commissioner, Hafizabad issued an order regarding prohibition of gathering at any public place in district without due permission due to second wave of Covid-19. 


Whereas, Covid-19 cases have started to surface in a second wave of Covid19 spread in District Hafizabad. Therefore, to curb and control the spread of Covid19 in district Hafizabad, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the undersigned vide section 21(1)(b) of the Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention & Control) Ordinance-2020, it is ordered as follows):-

  • No gathering at any public place shall take place without due permission from the undersigned and without ensuring that all SOPs issued by the Govt. of the Punjab, from time to time, are followed in letter and spirit. 
  • It is further ordered, under section 22 of the ordinance ibid, that the Assistant Commissioners as well as the Officers Incharge of Police Stations, in their respective area of jurisdiction shall ensure strict compliance of this order and shall take necessary legal action against any violation of the same.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
