PRECAUTIONARY AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES AGAINST SPREAD OF COVID-19 ISSUED BY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued precautionary & preventive measures against spread of covid-19 pandemic.


Due to continued spread of Covid-19 pandemic new cases have been reported and there is apprehensive of second wave of pandemic. So in order to control its spread following SOPs are required to be followed in letter & spirit:-

  • All the officers / officials must wear face mask as mandatory requirement during the office hours.
  • The staff ensure sanitization of their respective offices.
  • Hand shake and close body contact shall be avoided.
  • All the officers must display sign of No Face Mask No Entry at their office door / entry.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
