DIRECTIONS FOR HANDLING OF PERSONAL FILES OF TEACHERS FOR SED HRMS

Director Administration, Directorate of Public Instructions, School Education Department, Punjab issued directions for handling of personal files of teachers for SED-HRMIS.

The process for submission of personal files of honorable teachers for SED-HRMIS is in process. In this regard, you are hereby directed to issue instructions to the Heads of all schools working under your administrative control to follow below mentioned procedure to update the status of received documents/personal files of teachers in HRMIS system of SED. 

Steps To Update Status Of Received Documents/Personal Files 

  1. Head Teacher will login to his/her HRMIS.
  2. Head Teacher will click on "Document Verification Tab" from the Left Navigation Menu. 
  3. List of "Documents Verification" will open. 
  4. The list is to be scrolled towards Left. 
  5. In the last column, under "Action Tab", there is "View Button". 
  6. Click on "View Button" to add Document Number and Total Documents. 
  7. Click on "Save" after entering Documents Number and Total Documents. 

Directions to circulate the said information to lower formation immediately for strict compliance in letter and spirit. Each Supervisory Officer can view the status of received personal files. They are further directed to ensure 100% compliance of said directions within 03-days, positively.

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
