PERMISSION TO OPEN MARRIAGE HALLS / MARQUEES

Government of the Punjab, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department issued an order regarding opening of marriage halls / marquees subject to adoption of SOPs / guidelines.


In consonance with the decisions made in the National Coordination Committee meeting dated 11.09.2020 and in exercise of powers under Sections 4(c), 5(1)(e), 5(1) (f) of "The Punjab Infectious Diseases (Prevention and Control) Ordinance 2020", I, Captain (R) Muhammad Usman, Secretary, Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of the Punjab, with the approval of Chief Minister, Punjab, am pleased to order following amendment in this department's order of even number dated 09.08.2020: 


  1. All marriage Halls/ Marquees are hereby allowed to operate from 15th September, 2020 subject to adoption of SOPs/ guidelines. 
  2. All marriage Halls/ Marquees shall display the strength of attendees at prominent places including entrance; keeping in view the volumetric space available vis a vis social distance requirement. 
  3. District Administration including health officials shall monitor attendance besides other SOPs of Marriage Halls/ Marquees and punitive action shall be taken on violation. 


All earlier restrictions and exemptions shall continue to remain in force. 


This order shall come into force immediately.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
