REVISION OF UTILITY ALLOWANCE IN FAVOUR OF THE DISTRICT JUDICIARY

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a notification regarding revision of rates of utility allowance in favour of officers / officials of the District Judiciary.


In continuation of this department's letters No FD SR-1/9-1/99, dated 13.08.2008 No FD SR-1/9-1/99(P), dated 01.09.2009 and No FD SR-1/9-1/99(P), dated 03.10.2009, the Competent Authority Le Chief Minister, Punjab under Article 240(b) of the Constitution has been pleased to revise the rates of Utility Allowance in favour of officers / officials of the District Judiciary in the Punjab w.e.f 01.07.2020 as under:

  1. BS-01 to BS-06 (3,000 to 6,000)
  2. BS-07 to BS-08 (4,000 to 6,000)
  3. BS-09 to BS-15 (4,000 to 8,000)
  4. BS-15 (4,000 to 10,000)
  5. BS-16 (4,000 to 14,000)
  6. BS-17 (5,000 to 15,000)
  7. BS-18 (5,000 to 20,000)
  8. BS-19 (8,000 to 25,000)
  9. BS-20 & above (8,000 to 30,000)

COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
