ASSIGNING OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICERS AND DEPUTY DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICERS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Section (SE-I) issued a letter regarding confirming the additional charge of the posts of District Education Officers and Deputy District Education Officers in District Chakwal.

School Education Department has already been circulated instructions to all Deputy Commissioners and Chief Executive Officers (DEA) in the Punjab, vide letter dated 14.05.2020 (copy enclosed) that no regular posting / assigning of additional charge against vacant posts of DEOs (SE / EE) & Dy. DEOs (SE / EE) shall be given / assigned in any case by the Deputy Commissioners or CEOs (DEA) in Punjab without consultation / approval of the Competent Authority. However, the Competent Authority has confirmed the additional charge assigned in respect of following officers by Deputy Commissioner, Chakwal:


  • Mr. Amjad Mehmood, Dy. DEO (M-EE), Tehsil Talagang additional charge of DEO (M-EE), Chakwal 
  • Ms. Fouzia Inam, Dy. DEO (W-EE), Tehsil Chakwal additional charge of DEO (W-EE), Chakwal 
  • Mr. Muhammad Ashraf, Dy. DEO (M-EE), Tehsil Kallar Kahar additional charge of Dy. DEO (W-EE), Tehsil Kallar Kahar
  • Mr. Sohail Ahmad, Dy. DEO (M-EE), Tehsil Choa Saiden Shah additional charge of Dy. DEO (W-EE), Tehsil Choa Shah
  • Mr. Saeed Ahmad, SSS (Economics / BS-18), Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School, Danda Shah Bilawal additional charge of Dy. DEO (W-EE). Tehsil Lawa. 
I am further directed to request that in future, the aforementioned instructions of School Education Department relating to the subject matter may be implemented in letter & spirit.

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. Short title, Commencement and Application:-  (1) These rules shall be called the Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020.  (2) These shall come into force at once and shall apply to every Civil Servant. 2.  Definitions:-  (1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context requires otherwise; (a) "Act" means Civil Servants Act, 1973 (Act No. LXXI of 1973); (b) "accused" means a civil servant against whom action is initiated under these rules; (c) "authority" means the appointing authority as prescribed in rule 6 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973: Provided that where proceedings under these rules are to be initiated against two or more civil servants jointly, the authority in relation

COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
