VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS IN E-TRANSFER PROCESS

Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab, Lahore issued a letter regarding verification of documents in e-Transfer process.

It is stated that e-transfer process is ongoing and in order to complete it smoothly, you are hereby directed to verify following documents of applicants concerned very carefully in order to avoid any misconception and successful completion of e-transfer process.


  1. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) 
  2. Nikah Nama 
  3. Domicile of Spouse 
  4. Disability certificate 
  5. Verification of Posts 
  6. Appointment letter 
  7. Joining Report 
  8. Pay slip 
  9. Promotion Order (If applicable) 
  10. Other related documents
You are further directed to follow below mentioned instructions while documents verification process in letter and spirit.
  1. Strict compliance of given time lines and prescribed schedule for e-Transfer. 
  2. Verification of clear availability of posts must be ensured. 
  3. To minimize the rush of public in offices during documents verification process, strictly follow the SOPs regarding precautionary measures for COVID-19 as specified by Health Department. 
  4. At the end of verification process, each CEO (DEA) has to download the final list of applicants and send a scanned copy (Duly signed by CEO, DEA) to ddm.cmmf@gmail.com well in time.
In case of any wrong verification, in any respect, of posts done by CEO, the CEO (DEA) concerned will be held responsible and departmental proceeding will be initiated against the him/her.

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
