REGULARIZATION OF SERVICES OF SUB ENGINEERS

Government of the Punjab, Communication & Works Department issued a letter regarding Regularization of Services of Sub Engineers under the Punjab Regularization of Services Ordinance, 2019.

  • I am directed to enclose herewith a copy circular No.SO(EPS) 5-19/2018 dated 29.07.2019 alongwith the Punjab Regulation of Services (Amendment) Ordinance 2019 received from the section Officer (E&B) SA&GA Department, Lahore on subject cited above.
  • I am further directed to request to furnish the list of Sub Engineers (BS-14) working on contract basis for the period of more than three years in your respective zone alongwith their performance evaluation reports (ACRs) and no inquiry  / punishment certificate for the contract period and statement by the that they do not opt to continue as contract employees to enable this to proceed further in the matter.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
