REGULARIZATION OF AEOs UNDER PUNJAB REGULARIZATION ACT 2018

Directorate of Public Instruction (Elementary Education) Punjab, issued a letter addressed to all CEOs (DEAs) Punjab regarding Furnishing of Working Papers of Regularization of AEOs Under Punjab Regularization Act 2018.
  • You are requested to submit regularization cases of AEOs (BS-16) to be regularized under Punjab Regularization Service Act, 2018 and Punjab Regulation Service (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019.
  • You are further informed that working papers of AEOs appointed on contract basis during the year 2016 who have completed three years of service on contract basis, their working papers may be prepared in the light of instructions and directions already issued time to time in the regularization cases of SSE during these days. Following documents are required along with working papers and requisition form.
  • 1. Request of Candidate for regularization
  • 2. First Appointment Order 
  • 3. First Joining report duly signed by DEO concerned 
  • 4. Recruitment Rules of AEO
  • 5. PERs (Complete in all respect) 
  • 6. Synopsis (Individual & Consolidated) 
  • 7. Pay slip (Latest) 
  • 8. No Inquiry, No Demand, No Punishment Certificates with dispatch No, and Date
  • 9. Photographs (three) attested 
  • 10. Attested copies of Academic and profession certificates 
  • 11. Verification of all Academic and professional certificate from concerned universities and boards
  • 04-sets of working papers, requisition form along with above mentioned 11 documents may be provided to this Directorate by 11.11.2019 through special messenger.
  • A certificate to be effect that working paper of all AEOs have been prepared and submitted to DPI(EE) and no one is left.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
