CLARIFICATION REGARDING PROVISION OF SPECIAL ALLOWANCES TO SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued a letter regarding Clarification for Provision of Special Allowances @100% of Basic Pay Scale 2008 to Special Education Department Employees.

  • I am directed to refer to this department's letter No.FO.PR.2-1/2009 dated 13.03.2019 regarding grant of Special Allowance and to state that a question has arisen as to whether Special Allowance admissible to the employees of Special Education Institutions has been de-freezed or the otherwise.
  • The case has been examined and it is observed that Special Allowance admissible to the employees of Special Education Institutions has been de-freezed and being drawn in some Districts without any approval by the Competent Authority. Hence, it is clarified that the Special Allowance is admissible to the employees of Special Education Institutions in light of Para-6(1) of the letter bearing No.FD.PC.2-1/2017 dated 14.07.2017 regarding Pay Revision, 2017.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
