RECRUITMENT OF EDUCATORS THROUGH PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter addressed to the Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lahore regarding recruitment of Educators in District Mianwali and Tehsil Kotli Satian & Muree of District Rawalapindi.
  • The reply to the observations / queries raised by the Punjab Public Service Commission is submitted as under;
  • i. Requisition on Punjab Public Service Commission prescribed proforma is enclosed (Annex-A).
  • ii. The posts are contractual: therefore, no rulos exist for these posts. However, the copy of Recruitment Policy, 2017-18 and amendment approved by the Chief Minister, Punjab is enclosed (Annex-B). 
  • iii. The approval of Standing Committee on Finance and Development for recruitment against 822 posts of SSE (BS-16), SESE (BS-15) and ESE (BS-14) is enclosed (Annex-C).
  • Detailed posts vacancy for recruitment in Tehsil Muree & Tehsil Kotli Satlan of District Rawalpindi and Tehsil Mianwall, Isa Khel & Piplan District Mianwall is submitted as under:

  • In view of above, it is requested that posts may be advertised as detailed above and recruitment process may kindly be started at the earlier so that it may be completed till December 2019. It is pertinent to mention here that residents of the districts will be eligible to apply In every Tehsil but applicants of the Tehsil in which posts are advertised will be eligible for 04 additional marks allocated for Tehsil.

GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department. TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20.
