PETs WILL PERFORM DUTIES IN SPORTS UNIFORM IN SCHOOL TIME

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter regarding Performing of Duties by Physical Education Teachers (PETs) in Sports Uniform.

  • I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that competent authority has been pleased to request you to direct all the Chief Executive Officers (DEA) in the Punjab to ensure compliance on the following action.
  • All the PETs of Middle / High School will perform their duties in sports uniform in School time. And it will be given by the school (Print with school name).

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
