INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING POSTS CORRECTION ON SIS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) issued Instructions Regarding Posts Correction on SIS.


It is to inform you that the following guidelines for correction of posts by the CEOs (DEAs) as well as by the Head of schools are as under:

POSTS VERIFICATION BY CEOs (DEAs)
  • CEO office will verify all posts of all schools in their district. 
  • If there is any error in the post, e.g.
  • a.The grade is incorrect, OR 
  • b.The subject of the post is incorrect, OR
  • c.The vacant / filled count of the post is incorrect
 The CEO (DEA) office will do the following:

  • a.Unlock the school for data editing (by using the 'Schools' tab).
  • b.Contact the school, and direct the school to fix its sanctioned posts and teacher assignment.,
  • c.Lock the school for data editing.
  • d.Verify the correction made by the schools.
POST DATA CORRECTION BY SCHOOLS 

  • Step-1: Schools will ensure that all the posts are correctly entered (designation, grade, subject and total count) in the 'Sanctioned Posts' tab. by entering all missing posts. For example, if Principal - 20 exists in school but is not being displayed in the tab, enter a post for Principal - 20. 
  • Step-2: Schools will ensure that the teachers are assigned to all the posts correctly. In order to do this,
  • a.Open the teacher tab. 
  • b.Check the 'Posted Against' of the teacher. (If the teacher has been assigned an incorrect post, kindly correct and update it) 
  • Step-3: Schools delete/remove any post that has been incorrectly entered in the 'Sanctioned Post' tab. 
  • Note: A post cannot be deleted if a teacher is assigned to that post, to delete any post assign teacher to correct post. 
  • You are therefore, requested to ensure the implementation of the above said directions in letter and spirit by 16th September, 2019 ti 11:30 am. After the deadline, the system will be automatically locked.

In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. Short title, Commencement and Application:-  (1) These rules shall be called the Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020.  (2) These shall come into force at once and shall apply to every Civil Servant. 2.  Definitions:-  (1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context requires otherwise; (a) "Act" means Civil Servants Act, 1973 (Act No. LXXI of 1973); (b) "accused" means a civil servant against whom action is initiated under these rules; (c) "authority" means the appointing authority as prescribed in rule 6 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973: Provided that where proceedings under these rules are to be initiated against two or more civil servants jointly, the authority in relation

COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
