IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-DENGUE MEASURES IN PUBLIC & PRIVATE SCHOOLS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department (Monitoring Wing) issued a letter addressed to CEOs (DEAs) of Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad regarding Field Visit by Officers / Focal Persons Regarding Implementation of Anti-Dengue Measures in Public & Private Schools.
  • As you are well aware that the Government of the Punjab has declared the emergency keeping in view, the increased number of cases of Dengue patients in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad districts. In view of the high alert, CEOs (DEAs) are here by directed to take all necessary measures to eliminate Dengue virus/larva by engaging their designated teams/Focal persons with the special focus on the following SOPs:
  • Cleanliness (premises, toilets, water tanks, roof tops etc.) 
  • Grass Cutting from lawns and grounds 
  • Removal of junks and stagnant water 
  • Plugging of water leakages 
  • Identification of Dengue larvae and larviciding 
  • Ban on wearing of half salves shirts
  • Observance of Zero Period
  • Display of Dengue related Banners, Posters & Charts 
  • You are therefore, requested to disseminate directions at all levels for implementation of the SOPs on Dengue through coordinated efforts in Public and Private Schools in order to eliminate the Dengue Virus. The Focal Person/AEO/ Dy.DEO/DEO/CEO, DEA personally in the concerned district, shall visit at least three schools per day and progress/visit report along with anti-Dengue activity based snaps, shall be uploaded through Android Phone on dashboard and also email daily progress / visit report to this office at ddm.cmmf@gmail.com.
  • Moreover, in case of any laxity, concerned Officer / Focal person shall be held responsible and strict action will be taken Accordingly.
  • THIS MAY BE TREATED ON TOP PRIORITY

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
