PROPER UTILIZATION OF THE SERVICES OF LABORATORY ATTENDANTS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a letter regarding utilization of the services of Laboratory Attendants in institutions.


  • Laboratory Attendants have approached this department that head of the institutions are assigning them duties irrelevant to their job description. As per their job description, they have to work in the laboratory and keep the lab in order. They are holding qualification of Matric with Science; whereas, other Class-IV employees are literate only. They are vocational and utilize summer vacation; whereas, other Class-IV employees are non-vocational.
  • In view of above, it is directed that all Heads of the Institutions may be directed to assign duties to the Laboratory Attendants as per their job description.

CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1.
