PROMOTION OF CLASS-IV EMPLOYEES AS JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-TYPISTS

Government of Sindh, Services General Administration & Coordination Department issued an order regarding promotion of Class-IV Employees as Junior Clerk cum Typists.
  • In pursuance of the judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed in appeal Nos. 1287, 1288 & 1289 by the Sindh Service Tribunal Karachi and on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee and with the approval of the Competent Authority, the following employees of BPS-1 to BPS-4 of Sindh Secretariat are recently promoted as Junior Clerk cum Typists (BPS-11) on regular basis with immediate effect.
  • On promotion, the following Junior Clerk cum Typists (BPS-11) are hereby transferred / posted with immediate effect as under:- (see the copy of order below)

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
