NOTIFICATION OF RATIONALIZATION OF TEACHERS COMMITTEE DISTRICT CHINIOT

Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Chiniot issued notification regarding Rationalization of Surplus Teachers Committee.

  • Pursuant to the Notification No. SO(SJE-III)2-13/2007(P-IV) dated 22.03.2019 issued by the Govt. of the Punjab School Education Department Lahore the following committee is hereby notified for pre-working of rationalization process of surplus teaching staff in the light of guideline / criteria mentioned in the referred above letter and also the instructions / directions received from Higher Authorities time to time for said purpose with immediate effect.
  • The District Education Officers are requested to coordinate & supervise the assigned task of rationalization of surplus teaching staff to the notified Committee. 
  • Note: All the dealing clerks of DEOs offices are directed to coordinate with committee & provide required data for rationalization process.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
