GUIDELINES REGARDING IMPROVEMENT IN PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN SCHOOL OF DISTRICT HAFIZABAD
District Education Officer (M-EE), Hafizabad issued Guidelines Regarding Improvement in Physical Infrastructure and Quality of Education in the School of District Hafizabad.
As you know that summer vacation are going to be ended in August 2019. You are fully aware of Chief Minister's School Reforms Road Map and 17 indicators assessed in Education Department in Punjab. It is our spiritual and official duty to uplift the quality Education in our schools so as to achieve the target fixed by Education Department, Govt. of Punjab.
It is pertinent to mention here that our department will have to compete in all 17 indicators on province level so that we may achieve our selected goals.
The following directions are hereby placed for systematic improvement in quantity and quality education so that our district may have a good competitive aspect.

The following directions are hereby placed for systematic improvement in quantity and quality education so that our district may have a good competitive aspect.
- The whole premises of school is to be cleaned with the cutting of grass, flower gardens and tree plantation in rainy season.
- Every Elementary School will be decorated with 50 Gamlas and every Primary School will be decorated with 30 Gamlas by evergreen plants.
- Every school should be white washed and pink weather sheet should be applied on outer surface.
- The strategy for improvement in LND should be established.
- Every room of school must be decorated with charts, Time table, syllabus and other A.V Aids.
- According to the student's strength, the availability of furniture must be ensured before the opening of schools.
- The dictation in Urdu & English must be improved after summer vacation and a period after recess must be deputed / allocated for dictation.
- Slate is mandatory of every student to improve the mathematical skills.
- Home work in every school is compulsory for the improvement of writing skills.
- All 9/17 indicators for the quality of education in every school must be in corporated for the betterment of education.
- NSB plan for each quarter of the financial year 2019-2020 must be framed and ensure its proper utilization.
- Precautionary measures must be kept regarding Dengue and hygienic conditions in every school.
