EXTENSION IN CONTRACT PERIOD OF SESEs AND ESEs OF DISTRICT HAFIZABAD

District Education Officer (Male-Elementary Education), Hafizabad issued Order regarding Extension in Contract Period of SESEs and ESEs Who Appointed in Year 2014.


  • In continuation of this office order No.610/Admn dated 16.04.2019, in pursuance of instructions issued by Government of the Punjab Education Department (School Wing) vide Notification No.SO(SE-III) 5-225/2017 dated 28.03.2019 and approval issued by the Worthy Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad dated 18.07.2019, the contract period of the following Educators appointed on contract basis in 2014 is hereby extended upto 31.12.2019 with effect from the date mentioned against each on the existing terms and conditions:- (for full detail see the copy of order)

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN DECISION - SALARY OF ANY EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE WITHHELD AS A PUNISHMENT

The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued an order / decision of writ regarding withholding the salary of employees as punishment. We have partly heard the learned Counsel for the Appellants and the learned Law Officers. We are informed that in certain parts of Balochistan, the salaries have not been paid to the teachers for the Iast 3 o 4 months. The Deputy Secretary, Education Department, present in Court, states that a detailed report will be filed by the department in this respect before the next date of hearing. However, we make it clear that salary of an employer cannot be withheld as a punishment and if a person is found guilty of the misconduct as contemplated under the Balochistan Civil Servants Act / Rules, the department shall proceed.
