ALLOTMENT OF GOVERNMENT FLATS TO SINDH SECRETARIAT EMPLOYEES

Government of Sindh, Services, General Administration and Coordination Department (Estate Office) issued a letter regarding Allotment of Government Flats Located Near Landhi Railway Station, Quaidabad, GOR-IV, Karachi to Sindh Secretariat Employees.

  • I am directed to refer to the captioned subject and to convey that Government of Sindh has decided to allow allotment of PHA flats located at Landhi Quaidabad, Karachi to the officers / officials of Sindh Secretariat.
  • It is further stated that the allotment of Gazetted Officers (BS-17 and 18) shall be carried out through balloting of applications received from concerned departments whereas allotment of Non-Gazetted Officials (BS-01 and 16) shall be carried out through balloting of applications received from concerned departments.
  • It is, therefore, requested to kindly direct Secretariat employees of your department (list attached) whose names have already been included in the list of PHA flats from BPS-01 to 18 to be present at 12.00 pm on 31.07.2019 in the Committee Room, 2 Floor, New Sindh Secretariat Building No-1, Karachi.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
