NOTIFICATION REGARDING VACATIONS FOR COLLEGES IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Higher Education Archives & Libraries Department issued a notification regarding vacations for Government and Private Colleges within KPK. 


The Government of KPK, Higher Education Archives & Libraries Department is pleased to notify the following schedule of vacations for the year 2019-20 for all the Government and Private Colleges within KPK.

Plain Areas in KPK
  • Summer Vacation - 15th June, 2019 to 25th August, 2019
  • Winter Vacation - 25th Dec, 2019 to 31st Dec, 2019
  • Spring Vacation - 2nd April, 2020 to 8th April, 2020


Hilly / Snowy Areas in KPK
  • Summer Vacation - 1st July, 2019 to 28th July, 2019
  • Winter Vacation - 26th Dec, 2019 to 23rd Feb, 2020
  • Spring Vacation - 2nd April, 2020 to 8th April, 2020

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
