NOTIFICATION REGARDING SUMMER VACATIONS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Government of the Punjab, Directorate General of Special Education issued a notification regarding Summer Vacation in all the Special Education Institutions of Punjab.


The schedule of Summer Vacations would be observed in all the Special Education Institutions in Punjab (except for hilly areas) with effect from 1st June, 2019 to 14th August, 2019 (both days inclusive). However, this Summer Vacation schedule shall not apply to Government In-Service Training College for the Teachers of Disabled Children, Lahore.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
