NOTIFICATION REGARDING DELEGATION OF POWERS OF SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued a notification regarding Delegation of Powers to the Officers of School Education Department.


In super-session of previous notification bearing No.SO(Admn-I)5-40/2008 dated 18.08.2010 and in pursuance of Rule 10(g)(i) of Rules of Business-2011 read with Para 1.4 of Manual of Secretariat Instructions 2016, the officers of School Education Department mentioned in column 4 of this notification are hereby authorized to dispose of the case(s) in the manner and to the extent as specified against each:- (see the notification below for full detail)

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
