GRANT OF BONUS ON EID-UL-FITR 2019 FOR CAA EMPLOYEES

HQ Civil, Aviation Authority issued a notification regarding Grant of Bonus to CAA Employees on the Occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2019.


The competent authority i.e. DGCAA has been pleased to accord approval for grant of bonus to CAA employees (CMM) who were on CAA pay roll as on 30th June, 2018 (CMM) on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr 2019 (CMM) as per the following details:-

OFFICERS 
EG-1 to EG-9 (50% of Running Basic Pay)

STAFF
SG-1 to SG-4 ( One Running Basic Pay)
SG-5 to SG-8 (One Running Basic Pay Subject to Maximum of Rs.20000/-)
SG-9 to SG-11 (One Running Basic Pay Subject to Maximum of Rs.30000/-)

CAA Employees who have served during the financial year 2018-19 and retired from CAA service shall also be entitled for the bonus on prorate basis.

Payment of bonus to such employees against whom any inquiry or disciplinary proceedings are in progress will not be made.

Payment of bonus to employees hired against lump sum / fixed package shall be entitled for payment of bonus on the same criteria except they will be entitled for bonus on initial basic pay instead of running basic pay of their respective EG / SG.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
