AMENDMENTS IN BENEVOLENT FUND GRANTS FOR GAZETTED GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES

Government of the Punjab, Services and General Administration Department issued a notification regarding amendments in benevolent fund grants.


  • Marriage Grant where 40,000 and 50,000 shall be substituted with 150,000
  • Funeral Grant where 20,000 shall be substituted with 50,000
  • Primary to Secondary School Certificate or 20,000 P.A equivalent level
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate 50,000 P.A including Diploma, Bachelors, Masters or equivalent level
  • Monthly Grant where 5250, 9000 and 12000 shall be substituted with 10000, 15000 and 20000 respectively

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
