DELEGATION OF POWERS FOR GRANT OF LEAVE / EX-PAKISTAN LEAVE

Military Accountant General (MAG) issued a letter regarding delegation of powers for grant of leave / ex-Pakistan leave.


A case regarding grant of leave in r/o officers / officials (departmental cadre and ex-cadre) was under consideration in this office and the MAG has been pleased to delegate the following administrative powers in order to ensure smooth functioning of the department to the Controllers as under:-
  • Leave ex-Pakistan and NOC to the officers B-17 and above will be sanctioned by the Military Accountant General.
  • a) Leave ex-Pakistan and NOC to the official B-16 and below be sanctioned by the Controller concerned (except CMA (GB) and CMA (O)) under intimation to MAG's office.
  • b) In case of CMA (GB) and CMA (O). Leave ex-Pakistan to the official B-16 and above will be sanctioned by the Military Accountant General and B-15 and below will be sanctioned by the Controller concerned under intimation to MAG's office.
  • Leave (LFP) to the officers B-18 and B-17 will be sanctioned by the Controller concerned.
  • Leave (LFP) to the official B-16 and below will be sanctioned by the Accounts Officer / ACsMA concerned.
  • a) Causal Leave to AOs will be sanctioned by the Controllers (where Dy. CMA, Group Officers are not available) / Dy. CMA (where Group Officers are not available) / Group Officers concerned. 
  • b) In case of MAG's office Casual leave to AOs will be sanctioned by the AMAG concerned.
  • Casual Leave to AAOs will be sanctioned by the ACMAs / Accounts Officers concerned.
  • Assistant Accounts Officers will be empowered to grant Causal Leave up to 06 days to their concerned subordinates. In cas of more than 06 days the leave will be sanctioned by the next higher authority.

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. CIVIL SERVANTS EFFICIENCY AND DISCIPLINE RULES 2020

  Government of Pakistan, Cabinet Secretariat (Establishment Division) made Civil Servants Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2020.  Prime Minister approved to make the following rules:-  1. Short title, Commencement and Application:-  (1) These rules shall be called the Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020.  (2) These shall come into force at once and shall apply to every Civil Servant. 2.  Definitions:-  (1) In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context requires otherwise; (a) "Act" means Civil Servants Act, 1973 (Act No. LXXI of 1973); (b) "accused" means a civil servant against whom action is initiated under these rules; (c) "authority" means the appointing authority as prescribed in rule 6 of the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973: Provided that where proceedings under these rules are to be initiated against two or more civil servants jointly, the authority in relation

COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed. In this regard you are directed to make it simple and easy for all teachers through establishing PERs desks in CEO office, where all such teachers who have not yet got countersigned their PERs will submit their PERs for counter signature from the concerned countersigning officer.            The incharge / focal person of desk shall provide these PERs to · concerned counter singing authority through special messenger and after counter signature the counter signing authority will provide PERs t
