GRANT OF AUDIT AND ACCOUNTS ALLOWANCE @ 20% OF BASIC PAY

Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department (Regulation Wing) issued a notification regarding grant of Audit & Accounts Allowance @ 20% of basic pay to the employees of Directorate of Local Fund Audit.


No.FD(SOSR-II)08-7/2019/A&A Allowance. The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to approve grant of Audit & Accounts Allowance 20% of basic pay to the employees of Directorate of Local Fund Audit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with effect from 01-07-2010 in the public interest subject to the following conditions:
  1. It will not be admissible during leaves (except mandatory leaves) as well as leave preparatory to retirement
  2. It will be admissible to Local Fund Audit Department employees posted on deputation / transfer to other departments / Autonomous Bodies / Institutions.
  3. It will not be admissible to Federal Government employees posted in Local Fund Audit Department Khyber Pakhtukhwa and receiving Audit & Accounts Allowance from Federal Government.
  4. It will not be admissible during extraordinary leave/LPR.
  5. It will not be treated as part of pay for reckoning pension.
  6. It will be subject to Income Tax.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
