UPDATION OF SCHOOL DATA ONLINE THROUGH SCHOOL INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

Government of the Punjab, Chief Minister's Monitoring Force, School Education Department issued a letter addressed to all the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), District Education Authorities (DEAs) of Punjab regarding Updation of School Data Online Through School Information System (SIS).


  • As you are aware that all information related to schools is being update / entered by the respective focal persons of schools through android application i.e. School Information System (SIS) launched by PITB. The authority has desired to keep the school data updated to have real time, verified and authentic information and the same data shall be used by the Department during exercise of rationalization, transfer / posting etc. Moreover, the CEO / DEO, DEA and supervisory officer concerned shall also use this online data for provision / submission of related information.
  • In order to ensure integrity and authenticity of SIS data, you are requested to pass on necessary directions to all Heads of educational institutions for updation / entry of school related information on regular.basis. 
  • THIS MAY BE ACCORDED TOP PRIORITY

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. GRANT OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued clarification regarding grant of additional charge allowance. I am directed to refer to this Department's circular letter No.FD.SRII.2-38/70, dated 17.03.1988, on the subject cited above and state that following questions have arisen about the subject matter: Whether additional charge allowance for more than one posts can be granted to the same officer? Whether additional charge allowance against a post lower in status than the incumbent post-of the officer, holding the charge, can be allowed?  The case has been examined in the Finance Department.
