UP-GRADATION OF ACCOUNTANTS RELATED POSTS TO SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

District & Session Judge, Dera Ghazi Khan issued order regarding up-gradation / re-designation of posts of Budget & Accounts Examiners to Senior Accountant in pursuance of the notification No.FD.PC.40-43/2017/(E) dated 14.12.2018, Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.
  • In pursuance of the Government of the Punjab, Finance Department Lahore Notification No.FD.PC.40-43/2017/(E) dated 14.12.2018. The posts of Budget & Accounts Examiners are hereby up-graded and re-designated as under w.e.f 14.12.2018:-
  1. Mudasir Abbas Budget & Accounts Examiner BPS-14 to Senior Accountant BPS-16
  2. Muhammad Zia ul Haq Imran Budget & Accounts Examiner BPS-14 to Senior Accountant BPS-16
  • The Budget & Accounts Examiners / Nazir, Civil & Sessions Court, Dera Ghazi Khan is directed to get update the service record / scale / designation of the above said Budget & Accounts Examiners from District Accounts Officer, Dera Ghazi Khan.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
