SEEKING CLARIFICATION REGARDING UP-GRADATION OF COMPUTER PERSONNEL

District Accounts Officer, Narowal issued a letter to AG Office, Punjab to seek guidance for up-gradation of Computer Operator and Data Entry Operator of District & Session Court, Narowal.
  • It is submitted that Mian Muhammad Awais Data Entry Operator and Mr. Kamran Nazir Computer Operator have requested for up-gradation of their posts in the light of Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Lahore vide its letter No.FD.PC.40-43/2017(E) dated 14.12.2018.
  • It is, therefore, requested that guidance in the instant matter may kindly be given to deal the cases under Policy keeping view of the above referred notifications.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty.   Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
