IMPERSONATION OF CHIEF MINISTER'S RELATIVES

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (CABINET WING) issued a letter regarding Impersonation of Chief Minster's Relatives.
  • I am directed to state that some instances have been reported whereby some unknown person have represented themselves as brother / relatives of the Chief Minister, Punjab in order to get their matters resolved. All departments / offices are directed not to entertain requests of any such persons and the matter may be brought to the notice of their respective higher authorities as well as Chief Minister's Office immediately.
  • The above instructions may be complied with in letter & spirit.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
