COMPUTER ALLOWANCE TO THE COMPUTER PERSONNEL OF ACCOUNT GENERAL PUNJAB

Accounts Officer, ADMN-I, Accountant General Punjab issued an officer order regarding grant of Computer Allowance to the Computer Personnel.
  • The competent authority is pleased to allow Computer Allowance to all the entitled personnel of AG Punjab who are wholly and exclusively working and deployed on Computer / SAP System work w.e.f 05.05.2013 as admissible under the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) letter No.F.20(4)R.5/90.D.46 dated 26.08.1992.

TIME SCALE UP-GRADATION TO NEXT HIGHER SCALE OF OFFICERS OF PITC

  Managing Director, Pakistan Electric Power Company (PVT.) Limited (PEPCO) issued an office order regarding time scale upgradation of officers of PITC from BPS-19 to BPS-20. SUPREME COURT OF PAKISTAN DECISION - SALARY OF ANY EMPLOYEE CANNOT BE WITHHELD AS A PUNISHMENT

The Supreme Court of Pakistan issued an order / decision of writ regarding withholding the salary of employees as punishment. We have partly heard the learned Counsel for the Appellants and the learned Law Officers. We are informed that in certain parts of Balochistan, the salaries have not been paid to the teachers for the Iast 3 o 4 months. The Deputy Secretary, Education Department, present in Court, states that a detailed report will be filed by the department in this respect before the next date of hearing. However, we make it clear that salary of an employer cannot be withheld as a punishment and if a person is found guilty of the misconduct as contemplated under the Balochistan Civil Servants Act / Rules, the department shall proceed.
