REVISION OF RATES OF FIXED TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE

Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, Section Officer (SR-I) issued a notification vide No.U.O.NO.FD.SR-I/8-18/2018 dated 09.08.2018 regarding revision of rates of fixed travelling allowance for Excise Taxation & Narcotics Control Department.


Detail of Notification:-

Will the Section Officer (Admn-II), Government of the Punjab, Excise Taxation & Narcotics Control Department, kindly refer to his U.O.No.SO(A-II)ET&NC/7-85/2016 dated 10.07.2018 on the subject noted above?

Finance Department conveys its concurrence for enhancement of Fixed Travelling Allowance @ Rs.2000/- per month for Excise & Taxation Head Constables / Constables and @ Rs.3000/- per month for Excise & Taxation Inspectors w.e.f 01.07.2018.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
