PAYMENT OF WAGES TO TEACHERS WHO PERFORMED PEC DUTIES

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Section Officer (ER-I) issued a letter to Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Examination Commission (PEC), Lahore regarding Payment of Wages to Teachers Who Performed PEC Duties in February, 2018.


Detail of Letter:-

I am directed to enclosed herewith a copy of letter No.Nil Dated 03-08-2018 Received from Mr. Kashif Shahzad Ch., Central Secretary General, Punjab Teacher Union, Punjab on the subject noted above.

I am further directed to request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately under intimation to this Department.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING CHANGE OF PROFESSION IN PASSPORT

Government of Pakistan, Directorate General, Immigration & Passports (Headquarter) issued Clarification regarding Change of Profession in Passport. In continuation of this Directorate General circular of even number dated 11-03-2019. The following clarifications are given as under: Case#1:- Hujjaj who obtained passports in private capacity being a government servant and have deposited their passport with Ministry of Religious Affairs or proceeded abroad for performing Hajj / Hajj duty. COUNTER SIGNATURE ON PERs OF TEACHING STAFF AND THEIR UPLOADING ON SIS

  Directorate of Public Instruction(EE), Punjab Lahore issued directions regarding counter signatures on Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) of teaching staff and their uploading on School Information System (SIS).           Through a number of complaints received from different corners it has learnt that in the field offices, teachers are facing problems in getting countersignature on their performance evaluation reports(PERs) to update in HRMIS.            The matter has seriously been viewed.
